I see how I can post questions, but if there are some questions I want to answer, I saw that you permit licensed attorneys to answer questions.  How do I do that?

Thank you for your inquiry.

If you are a licensed attorney and/or subject matter expert, please go to the "Suggest an Advisor" link (it's in the dropdown under Discussions in the menu).  You can certainly suggest your self.  Fill out as much information as you have patience for, but please include a state and bar # in your profile.  We'll use that information to verify who you are, and we'll remove that information from your profile after we approve it.

Once it's approved, you'll be able to "claim it", and then that's it.  Once you log into our system, you'll be permitted to update your profile (important for leads -- clients will want to reach out to you, especially if you answer questions helpfully and competently), and you'll be permitted to answer questions without moderation.

All we ask is you adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy (located within our Terms of Service), and that you be nice and courteous, and don't spam our system.  We've worked hard to put all of this together, and really don't want to use it as a platform for our competitors -- just a platform to share information about FinCEN, BOI and compliance issues.

Thank you for your interest.
